1. Payment Terms
• Advance Payment: Typically, we require a 30% advance payment.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid against documents via a 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
• Alternative Options: Paypal and Western Union are also acceptable.
2. Sample Requests
• Free Samples: We offer free samples for requests under 0.5m² or 15kgs.
• Delivery Costs: The buyer is responsible for sample delivery costs.
3. Production Start
Production commences immediately after our bank confirms the arrival of the L/C or advance payment.
4. Delivery Lead Time
Our lead time is approximately 2 - 3 weeks per container.
5. Packaging
We package our products in export-standard quality wooden crates, hardboard carton boxes, and/or pallets, based on your request.
6. Guarantee & Claims
• Manufacturing Defects: We will replace or repair any defects found in production or packaging.
• Shipping Risks: We are not liable for defects caused by shipping or force majeure conditions.
